About Our Aussie Journey
Welcome to Diamond K5 (formally known as Diamond K Ranch)
We are located in Northern California with a beautiful majestic view of Mt. Shasta.
We have been raising Aussies since 1991. Our first Aussie was Kerr's Luck Lady starting us off on this wonderful journey. Before Aussies we raised Australian Cattle Dogs known to most back then as the Blue or Red Heeler. As a child growing up my parents bred and raised German Shorthairs and Dobermans. Dogs have always been a part of my family and life.
We strive to raise top quality Australian Shepherds. ALL our dogs are registered AKC Australian Shepherds. Our dogs range in size from 13" to 22" ... quality will not to be sacrificed in favor of size.
Our goal is to improve the breed, providing happy, healthy, sound, well socialized puppies. In our breedings we strive for dispostion/temperaments, conformation, beauty and a happy healthy puppy to become a great family member. All breeding dogs have/get genetic testing. Please feel free to ask about or for copies of results. Diamond K5 offers a health guarantee, Please see Guarantee, policies and Information page.
Our dogs are on NuVet Plus, not available in stores. Call and order some now 1-800-474-7044.. order code 82139. All puppies produced and placed from Diamond K5 stock are AKC Australian Shepherds.
We now have the AKC Puppy Protection Plan to pass on to our customers. All puppies will be pre-registered with AKC and enrolled in the AKC Puppy Protection Program.

About Our Goat Journey
Diamond K5 Ranch formally known as Diamond K Ranch breeder of AQHA horses.
We retired from breeding horses in 2007 and started focusing on our dog breeding program of AKC Australian Shepherds.
In August of 2012 we started our goat journey with 2 goats, Percy (Fainting wether) and Alix (Nigerian Dwarf doe). In the following months we added 3 more Nigerian Dwarf does (Koko, Annie and Echo) to our little herd.
We have done many changes and have different goats now but they do keep us busy.

This experience in our journey has been amazing and crazy to say the least.. My entire life growing up I have owned and bred just about every ranch/farm animal except for goats. We are excited about the adventures we have with the goats and look forward to meeting new goat people along the way.
Our herd of goats are tested for and have a clean clear herd for CAE, CL, Johnes. Testing result links can be found on the Testing, Pedigree and Stats page.
Our little ranch/farm includes chickens for free range egg production and the clearing of bugs off the property eggs. Our flock consist of Blue Laced Red Wyandotte, Gold Laced Wyandotte, Olive Egger, Easter Eggers, Brahma Bantams, Black Turkey as well as a couple of Guinea Fowl.
